Full Review: ROC Multi-Correxon Eye Treatment

ROC Multi-Correxion Eye Treatment

I never used to be much an eye cream person until about a year ago when I noticed my eye area started getting dry, my dark circles were getting worse and started noticing some fine lines. Now I have to say I was pretty upset seeing these fine lines appearing at such a young age of 20! So I was shopping in Walmart for an eye cream for all these problems and the brand ROC just jumped out to me. I have been using this now for about 7 months and have been pleasantly surprised by the results it has given me. Now I went into this thinking that an eye cream won't do much for me certainly not when it comes to my fine lines.
I have to say the packaging of the product is cute and really caught my eye in the store. This has very pleasant fresh scent that is not over powering. Something I really like about this cream is that you only need a little bit of it so this small tube lasts you a long time. I apply this just about every night after washing my face, I admit I do forget to apply it some nights due to being so tired. I apply some in my under eye area and a little bit from my crease to my brow since that area gets dry.

This is what ROC claims on their website that this product will do- "Dark circles and puffiness are noticeably diminished and wrinkles appear visibly smoothed in just eight weeks, revealing newer, younger-looking skin."

I love how good of a job this did with getting rid of the dry skin in my eye area. My make-up goes on a lot smoother and looks better. This cream really smooths yours skin out and makes it nice and soft. ROC claims that this product reduces puffiness but I have not noticed that at all. I have noticed that it helps with dark circles tho. After using this for about a month I started noticing the blueish tone in my under eye area had faded a little. Don't expect this to completely get rid of your dark circles tho, no product can really do that. As for fine lines, I haven't seen much a of change. It has just made them a little less noticeable, but I really don't expect an eye cream to get rid of them. Overall I really like this product and I would buy it again, it has made a difference.

Full Review: Maybelline Baby Lips

Maybelline Baby Lips Lip Balm
I received Maybelline's Baby Lips lip balm from BzzAgent for the purpose of trying and reviewing. Tho I did get the product for free, I will always be truthful about how I feel about a product. If I don't like a product I won't hold back just because it was free.

The packaging is so eye catching and stylish. The colors are fun, and the writing on the cap looks cool. I like that the cap is clear so you can see the color of the balms when browsing in the store. They roll up and down with no problems, which with most lip balms they don't like to roll back down.

I love that you can choose between translucent or tinted lip balms, I use the translucent ones under lipsticks to keep my lips nice and moisturized but be able to add whatever color I want to my lips or just wear it alone to enhance my lips. I own 3 of the tinted ones Peach, Pink Punch and Grape Vine.

Peach has a little bit of tint to it but not much, it gives you that perfect nude lip and it has a little bit of shimmer to it so it catches the light and looks like you are wearing lip gloss.

Pink Punch is the most pigmented one of the 3 that I own. Pink Punch is pretty bright and vibrant, it almost looks to me like it has a blue undertone to it. This probably has to be my favorite one, it looks like you are wearing a lipstick and a gloss but your not and it's so moisturizing which most lipsticks lack.

I went out and bought Grape Vine after using the other 2 for a day because I like purple shades on me. Grape Vine is more of a deeper wine color than the full on purple I was looking for, also this one like the Peach isn't as pigmented as I was expecting since the pink one was so pigmented.

All in all I really love these lip balms and plan on getting the other ones I don't own and will be using them for years to come most likely. These are more moisturizing than just about any lip balm I've tried. The scents of these lip balms are so yummy tho they have a gross taste, which is good since licking your lips drys them out. The colors are beautiful and last about as long as you would expect a lipstick to. If you haven't tried these I really recommend you do so, I have terribly dry lips and no other lip balm has done what these have for my lips, plus the price isn't too bad either.

Full Review: Maybelline Great Lash Lots Of Lashes

Maybelline Great Lash Lots Of Lashes
I received Maybelline's new Great Lash mascara, Lots Of Lashes, from BzzAgent for the purpose of trying and reviewing. Tho I did get the product for free, I will always be truthful about how I feel about a product. If I don't like a product I won't hold back just because it was free.

I have been using this mascara since I got it three weeks ago, to test it thoroughly. I tried it alone, pairing it with other mascaras and different application methods to see how best to apply the mascara. To me the formula in this mascara seems like it's different than the original Great Lash, but I could be wrong. To me tho I feel like this one holds curl way better and the formula drys faster. The formula starts off pretty wet but once it drys it gets really stiff, which I find makes the curl you put in you lashes stay and not droop down later on. I have seen other reviews where people say that flaking is a major problem, but I have only had flaking when I rub my eyes a lot but I expect that and its easy to just wipe off my cheek. I have noticed a lot of people with short lashes don't like this mascara.

On my long lashes this mascara works wonders. It gives the most length that I have ever gotten with any other mascara I have tried. It also at the same time gives volume and the brush really grabs and coats every tiny lash you may have. I have had no trouble at all with clumping, the bristles on this brush separate the lashes beautifully. With the shape of the brush I can actually get my lashes in my inner corner of my eye without them getting all clumpy and them drooping, which has happened with just about every other mascara. Again with the brush shape it is great for getting the bottom lashes, which is where I usually make a mess and get mascara everywhere. One thing tho, do not let this dry in-between coats. When it drys the mascara gets pretty hard and you won't be able to work your brush through them very well and may get some flaking while trying to do so. This mascara is very build-able when wet so there is no need to wait for the first coat to dry before packing on more. This is a great mascara as long as you know how to use it right, give it a try it may become your new favorite as it has become mine.
